Do I need to buy 2 tickets if I'm getting both my dogs?
No, entry is free for all pets. We only charge humans.
What can I do at Wag Away with my pet?
Our event promises to be the place where pets meet fun. We have taken special care to ensure your pet has the best time possible. With fun activities such as an agility zone, a photo booth, pop-ups and delicious food, you and your pet will have an unforgettable experience at Wag Away.
What time does HUFT Wag Away start? How long will it be for?
The event goes on for hours but there’s no fixed reporting time. You can join in on the fun at a time suitable for you and your pet. The event timings are mentioned on our website and on your ticket.
Do I need to carry anything with me on the day of the event?
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing. Please note that Wag Away is an on-leash event and it’s important to ensure that your dog is wearing a leash with a collar or harness at all times for their safety and safety of others.
Do I need to have a pet to enjoy at HUFT Wag Away?
No, we welcome every pet lover to come and experience this wonderful event.
Should we carry water bowls or treats for our pets?
Water bowls will be available throughout the venue, along with plenty of treats to keep your pets hydrated and happy. However, we still recommend bringing your own water and bowls if desired.
Will my ticket allow me to have access to all activities?
Your ticket includes entry to the event and access to all the attractions/activities.
What are the safety precautions in place at the event? Will there be any veterinary services available?
Yes! We always put your pet’s safety first. There will be a vet and an ambulance on standby, at the event.
Is there a parking facility available for pet parents attending the event with their pets?
Yes, there will be ample parking available for 100 cars on a first-come, first-served basis at the event. Our parking valets will also be available to assist you with parking.
What is the policy on refunds or cancellations for the event?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, in case of the event’s cancellation, we will refund the entire ticket amount.
